The property is situated on a 1.33 ac lot which is zoned light industrial. Lion Eagle Holdings occupied the entire facility, however, they leased back only 6,000 SF for a 6 month period. The new owners will utilize the entire facility once the sale leaseback tenancy period expires.

Robert Mendieta and Alicia Hornyak of Coldwell Banker Commercial Sudweeks Group just leased a 9,700 SF Building at 1102 State st. to Charlot Gymnastics. Originally zoned for Light Industrial Mendieta, seeing the potential in cutting the red tape, went above and beyond to procure their future home. Appearing before the San Jacinto City Planning Commission in Late August, he gained the necessary approval for a Conditional Use Permit.

Charlot Gymnastics, whose mission is to provide a safe environment for kids, to build their self-esteem, and feel confident in anything they want to do, quickly out grew the 5,700 SF space Robert originally found for them in 2013. Currently a school of 300 and growing kids, Roberts’s awareness of the collateral importance of this deal was more than enough to go the extra mile. Charlot Gymnastics will open their new facility on October 1, 2015.

Robert is a leasing specialist, completing over 200,000 SF in industrial lease transactions in 2013.

Robert served in the US Army as a Forward Observer to adjust Field Artillery and was stationed in Fulda, Germany within the 11th Armored Calvary
Regiment. In 1990, he won the prestigious “Hero of Hoenfelds”, a two week annual training of simulated warfare. He was the only Forward Observer to
ever win the award. After seeing the Berlin Wall come down, his unit was sent to Saudi Arabia and Kuwait to help liberate Kuwait and participate in Desert
Storm. He served four years of active duty and two years in the National Guard.

Robert attended the Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, with studies in Engineering and Business Management. He resides in the Inland Empire where
he enjoys martial arts, fishing and camping.
